Baby Weaning Chart (Free PDF Download)
A simple, printable baby weaning chart to help you track your baby’s first foods with confidence.

We know how exciting (and messy) weaning can be. From that first 'eugh' expression to chomping on a delicious chunk of watermelon, every meal is a milestone.
That's why we have made this free Baby's First Foods Weaning Chart. Tick off each new food your little one tries, note their reactions, and keep track of your progress.
This handy chart will be useful whether you're following baby-led weaning, spoon feeding, or a happy mix of both.
And we made it customisable with your child's name before you download it.
What's inside:
- Lists 100 first foods including fruit, veg, proteins & more
- Space to tick off what baby has tried and loved, or spat out of course.
- Allergens clearly marked
- A4 format, ready to print at home
- Available in colour or black & white (printer-friendly)
- Customisable with your baby's name ("Olivia's First Foods Checklist")

What's on the chart?
This chart covers 100 first foods across every food group - vegetables, fruits, proteins, grains, and dairy. Allergens are clearly marked throughout so you always know what you're introducing. Download in colour for the fridge, or black and white if you'd rather save ink.
How to use it
Print it out and stick it somewhere you'll actually see it - the fridge door works well. Start ticking foods off from your baby's first meals and work through the list gradually over the coming weeks. There's no rush and no set order. The allergens are worth introducing early and one at a time so you can spot any reactions, and there's space next to each food to note how your baby got on.
